Isn't the watercoloring on this rainbow ombre card just too amazing? I seriously think it's one of the best examples I've ever seen. I keep telling my friend Christy Velasquez she needs to enter for the Stampin' Up Artisan Design Team. This is professional-level stuff. She would so totally win a spot!
I received two of thank you cards from friends recently that use the You're Priceless stamp set and they both blew me outta the water. This one, from Sarah Fleming, using Brusho on Glossy White Cardstock, is also just knock-down gorgeous. The ribbon alone is gasp-worthy, even apart from the amazing background technique.
Well, I for one am glad you don't have to be naturally talented QUITE like this, to be a demonstrator. In fact, whenever someone expresses to me that they're afraid to join because they're "just not that talented," I tell them the TRUTH–becoming a demonstrator is the BEST way to up your skills and learn new things. You can share what you're learning with your friends and then you all just keep on learning together.
