It's that time of year again, where the newspapers, magazine and television programs do their retrospectives. You just can't help but look back at the past year as you stand poised on the threshold of another one. Sometimes we're happy to close the door on a year with more downs than ups; other times we linger over the photos and memories and wonder what the new year holds.
