As much as I don't like to admit it, sitting here with my windows open enjoying the tail end of a lingering summer…. winter will inevitably come! We might as well have fun playing in the snow when it does, right?
Inspired by other cards I spotted from fellow demonstrators, I made my own igloo card for the fun little Eskimo person from Stampin' Up's Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set (get the bundle with the punch now and save!) to live in. Isn't it sweet? I think I need to add a pile of snowballs, don't you?
I used the pre-embossed Fancy Frost papers for my igloo base, cutting it out with the largest Layering Circle Framelits and sponging it a little to bring out the raised embossing. The doorway is the Note Tag Punch and the entrance is the 1-inch circle punch. Easy! I tucked the igloo behind a torn strip of Whisper White cardstock on a Pool Party base. The starry swirls in the sky are from the Star of Light stamp set.
All of these great new products are from the 2016 Holiday mini catalog, which you should have in your hands! It's not the same seeing it online. Let me know if you would like to have me as your personal demonstrator and I'll mail you one this week!

I think the little eskimo is my favorite image from that stamp set, it is just too cute! Love how you used the swirly image from the star of wonder set, it looks like blowing snow. And the igloo is darling.
Cute! And maybe some sparklies added to the snowball to look like the shimmery ice crystals on a cold day! 🙂
That little eskimo even looks cold! Very cute card
