Aren't they just adorable? Gracious, but my kids are cute. I know every mom thinks her dimple darlings are the sweetest, but really, I mean, COME ON, look at that thousand-watt smile on my little actress!
Our school held their fall open house this past week and I had the privilege of beaming at my babies from the back row while they showed off what they'd been working on the past few weeks. Natalie narrated a terribly funny reader's theater production of "The Emperor's New Hair."
Then I had the utter delight of seeing the end of the interminable fourth grade bug project–whew! Dan did a good job presenting his collection. I was just glad the creepy things were no longer inhabiting my house, tupperware encased or no. I confess I was not much help with pulling the display together. I did loan Mike and Dan a variety of Stampin' Up tools to use, though–our bugs were stuck on with Mini Glue Dots, inserted into Clear Translucent Envelopes, and stuck to the board with Sticky Strip.
And NO I don't want my display board back–thanks for offering!! )))shudder(((
Ahh, there's my beautiful boy….would you believe that kid reaches my shoulder now? I'm gonna start wearing heels so I don't feel so old!
What a fun way to spend the day! I'm so thankful for the good education my kids are getting and how involved and caring the teachers are. Straight A's for both kids so far this year–that makes for a happy momma!
Your kids are just radiant! They seem truly happy and proud to be at school. A wonderful reflection of their Mom & Dad!
Awwww, they are adorable! They both look really happy!
