Isn't this a fun use of ribbon? Especially the cute ruffly In Color ribbon. Hint: lay Tear & Tape down to adhere ribbon–it's very strong but also allows you to peel up and place the ribbon again if it's not quite straight.
If you don't have ribbon to match your project (I used Lemon Lime Twist, Powder Pink and Berry Burst), you can also use three slim strips of corresponding cardstock colors.
