I’ve not had a lot of time to play lately–I can’t believe how much is going on! — but I did manage to get a solid four hours playing with the new Season of Green & Gold Suite Sampler for November 2024. And I really enjoyed myself! If you thought papers that were nothing but green, vanilla and gold might be boring, you’d be quite mistaken!
Season of Green & Gold is a specialty paper pack, so one side of each 12×12 sheet has gold foil embossing on it, giving you 12 total gorgeous patterns and textures to mix and match. Grab alllll your greens, because this suite goes with Mossy Meadow, Old Olive and Garden Green as well as Soft Seafoam and the retired Pear Pizzazz color. Wow!
While a couple of the patterns have gold bells on them, the majority can be used at any time of year. Since it was Christmas though, I mostly made holiday cards and pages. I pulled in some Cherry Cobbler and Merry Merlot on a few projects, and lots and lots of gold. I got 7 pages and 12 cards and I still have some left over!
Isn’t that gleam of gold just so pretty? If you’re wondering where in the world these beautiful papers have been all your life, well, they’re Online Exclusives, meaning they aren’t in the paper catalogs and can only be seen in the online store. I know that irritates some of you who really love our big old catalog style, but the times are changing, and if you’re not visiting the online store you are missing out on some of what I believe are the best products in our lineup.

To make my samples I also used another Online Exclusive, Greetings of the Season. It’s my favorite mixed script and capitals font style and goes perfectly with the elegant look of these papers.
