We're making this card for club with the Calendar Girls tonight and I think they're really going to enjoy it. It's super simple, really, just two colors of cardstock (Brown Sugar and Soft Suede) and one color of ink (Soft Suede). The embellishments are just twine and paper piercing, which throw the emphasis back on the beautiful artwork of the Canadian Goose.
Here's a few more versions I played with. Might make some of this one for Convention 2013 swaps.
Wetlands is a great new set from the 2013-14 Idea Book & Catalog, and it comes in either clear mount or wood mount with the new woodmount cases. It has three image stamps and three really beautifully scripty sentiment stamps. Click here to view all the images in my online store.
Need help with guy cards? Click here to view tips from a post from the past all about what techniques, patterns, textures and colors can help make a card masculine rather than feminine! Sorry it's a little late for Father's Day!!
I love each one of these little gems! I honestly can’t say I like one the most – all are so great! Masculine my foot, I want them for myself! Thanks so much for sharing them with us!
