Like my patriotic centerpieces??!!I had fun this weekend sewing paper bunting, making nametags and creating these boxes for a unique event I am inviting YOU to participate in!
I'm busy preparing for a HUGE stamp camp in which my Stampin' Up team is attempting to make 1,000 cards in a single evening! From 6-9 p.m. on Friday, May 3rd, a whole ton of stampers are getting together to work on cards for Badger Honor Flights out of Madison, Wisconsin. Mount Horeb United Methodist Church has graciously donated the use of their building and we're looking forward to a totally fun night with a silent auction, raffles, photos ops, yummy treats, card displays and lots and LOTS of stamping!
We're especially excited to have a representative from the Stampin' Up home office, my good friend Shannon West, as our special guest. It's going to be so fun! I know it's short notice but I hope you can make it!
Twenty-five area demonstrators have designed and donated 40 prepared cards each to be stamped and assembled that evening, for a grand total of 1,000 cards to be given to veterans as they return home from their day of recognition in Washington, D.C. We will be stampin' our little fingers off to get them all completed. We could use some extra sets of fingers!
