Valentine mailing part one

All My Love valentine paper Stampin Up cardmaking mailbox happy mail

I've been having a lot of fun this week working on a BIG challenge I took on earlier this month–sending a valentine to anyone on my email list who wanted one! I love making valentines and I don't need a bunch in real life, so I decided to send a bunch randomly–over 200, all told.

Yesterday the first batches went in the mail. I hope they like them!! I made several different varieties so I didn't get bored. These first two use the new Rectangled Stitched dies and the One for All stamp set.

I don't actually have any specific valentine stamp sets at the moment, so it was a fun challenge combining images and sentiments to express affection at this holiday. I lucked out when my fabulous Paper Pumpkin kit arrived and came with a whole bunch of extra images and cute animal sayings which were perfect. It coordinates with Animal Outing, which I was lucky enough to win at Stampin' Up! OnStage last spring.

For my last batch of homemade valentines this week, I used the free So Hoppy For You stamp set paired with the "hello beautiful" saying from the Butterfly Gala set. I hope it makes them smile like it did me!

Easy and cute is the name of the game…  if you like #simplestamping ideas, you'll love my Ready to Make It? category, where all the cards take 10-15 minutes max, and use limited supplies.

Stay tuned for another "roundup" post of the next batch of Valentines! I still have over 100 left to go!

  1. Lyssa, your cards are daring! I’ve been off the radar for a month, I’ve had a stoke right after Christmas & I also had one in Nov. That wasn’t diagnosed!!
