I am so ready to say hello to some new colors, including this gorgeous Seaside Spray and the cute matching burlap ribbon. I love all the new colors (except maybe Terracotta–jury's out on that one.) I paired Seaside Spray with Night of Navy, Very Vanilla and Crumb Cake to keep this card pretty but subtle, as befitting the occasion.
The stamp set with this beautiful sympathy sentiment will be available with the new catalog as part of the new Woven Threads suite. Everything else on this card came from the Touches of Nature stamp set, which is retiring for good at the end of May 2019. The long lace stamp is my favorite piece from that set–I especially love making frames of it on the inside of the card. It lessens the amount of space needed to fill with writing, too, which is nice when you don't need to write more than a sentence or so.
