Stampin' Up threw us a huge party on arrival day. We got to meet the corporate team members, Shelli's family, and of course all the other achievers and their spouses/guests. They sure know how to throw a party! We all had personalized glasses with virgin mango and strawberry daiquiris, and the appetizers were to die for. Shrimp, salmon, brie, duck pate, potstickers, eggrolls… yum…. PLUS I got to taste my first ever caviar–(umm… can I just say yuck!!)
Did you see the bird and cage made out of fruit? The garnishes on this trip were really fun!
I met up with Wendy and Cheryl, sidelines of mine under my upline Kristen Bryant. We all agreed that more of you need to come along with us next year!! I'm so jealous–they have already earned the Alaska cruise, and I'm still pluggin' away… but after this one, of course I am more determined than ever!
And then about 8:30 that night, we sailed away… I was delighted to find I wasn't seasick at all. I really liked being "rocked" to sleep in the cushy bed and waking up to the sound of gulls as we approached the next destination each morning.
Next stop, Barbados!
