Seasonal Layers ombre leaves card

We're having a sample swap at my team meeting this month and the theme is autumn or fall holidays. I can't wait to see what everyone else makes! I got mine done this afternoon–look at me, ahead of schedule and everything!–and had to share it with you.

I have made MANY monochromatic cards in my lifetime, but I have to say a GREEN one is a first for me!

I used the Color Theory ombre patterned Old Olive papers for the background–no work whatsoever, and it looks like a complicated technique, love that! Then, I used Old Olive ink to stamp some spatter and scribbles on the lower right and upper left portion of the card.

Then I used Colorful Seasons and the coordinating Seasonal Layers Thinlets for the Big Shot to stamp the sentiment and stamp and die-cut my leaves. Attach them with Stampin' Dimensionals and add a double twine bow of Linen Thread, and they are done!

Ready to recreate this look at home? Here's what you'll need:

I hope my teammates like my swap! I'll be sure to share their designs with you after our demo gathering this month. Hey, you should join us! If you live in the southern Wisconsin area and would like to be my guest, email me for details. It'll be fun! Lyssa@songofmyheartstampers.com
