Rainbow scribbles clean & simple card

Swirly Bird Rainbow Scribbles Hearts Punch Art CAS Stampin Up card

Cleaning up my desk in preparation for making this week's Scrapbooking Summer School packets and couldn't throw away some of these scraps leftover from pages we'll be making next week. I really do LOVE clean and simple styles. I know they're not for every one, but they appeal to me, especially right now. We make things so hard sometimes.

Does this card serve the purpose to let my friend know I care about her? Yes. Does it do the job just as well as a fancy one would? Maybe even better, if making it fancy is the point instead of what I write inside. Does it get itself in the mail faster and more often than a super-snazzy one? Definitely yes.

Let's quit making this so hard. Who needs a card from you this week?

  1. I came right in and made this card. What did you use to adhere the thinlet to the card? I used green glue and it made a mess! But I saved it! Love this card and so easy and quick.

  2. Hi Doris! I don’t like Tombow glue, actually–I’m way too messy of a crafter for any sort of liquid adhesive. I used mini glue dots–they almost always fit, and where they don’t, they can be rolled up into a tiny ball and then they do fit anywhere. Hope that helps!
