This month's Class of the Month club for July 2017 has been extremely popular, and I ran out of the handmade thank you cards I send to every club member with their sample freebies for the month. I needed to make a bunch more in a hurry! Luckily I had my brand new Common Cuts for Cardmakers 102 handy, and I used Design #3 as my starting point. Problem solved!

Yes, more Embossing Paste… I can't get enough of that stuff! Funny how I am SO not a messy-technique kind of person, yet here I am with paste up to my eyebrows and Pattern Party stencil patterns on all my cards. Just goes to show you, never say never!

What new trend has captured your heart, that you swore you'd never learn to enjoy, or even want to try? I've learned my lesson after falling in love with "yucky" stuff like chevrons, washi tape, cloud stencils, even unmounted stamps! My "umm, no" has too often turned into "oh, yes!"
