I posted the tutorial for this fun technique last week, if you missed it! It's messy but not difficult, and the results are really fun. For this wedding card, I used my new Celebrations Duo textured impressions embossing folder set (Spring 2017 Catalog, #142760) on a simple belt of plain white. It's a little hard to see in the photo, but it's clean and elegant-looking.
TIP: when your background is quite busy, you don't want to go overboard with embellishments or use a font size that is too small to hold its own against the pattern.
I think I might experiment with filling the wells of this embossing with glitter! Wouldn't that be fun? Or at the very least, Wink of Stella. It's so fun to bling up wedding cards.
