No Template Necessary wreath cards!

Wreath building tutorial no template necessary seasoned kindness stampin up

I had such fun making these quick and whimsical wreath cards that I just had to pop on and share. I've seen a lot of complicated wreath templates lately and I am just not up for that kind of work, myself. So here's how EASY it is to make a wreath from any floral spray or leaf sprig stamp.

I used the rosemary sprig stamp from Seasoned with Kindness, a hostess exclusive in the current catalog. I stamped once at the top, and once directly beneath that going the opposite direction. Then I stamped once on the left centered between the top and bottom, then on the right directly opposite. That's your base layer that makes sure your wreath is round instead of oval : )

After you've stamped the four base stamps, you'll stamp again in between each of them, angling the stamp between where one begins and the other ends. So you've stamped eight total sprigs, equally spaced around a visual circle, with zero hassle! My kinda card.

Here's a springy version I did in the same technique, adding the little flower and a fun dandelion seed stamp from the Balloon Celebration set. I loved how it turned out!

So there you are–a no template necessary wreath technique you'll use for years to come. Thanks for visiting Song of My Heart Stampers today!
