Oh my! That is completely adorable! I love cards that use scraps–but don’t look like scraps! Adding that little strip of dsp around the top really finishes it off. thanks for that tip! btw–may I take a moment of your time? My sister works in hospice care and they try to collect birthday cards for their centenarians. There is a little old lady turning 104 but they only have about 50 cards so far.
