I promised to share one more fun technique from our July 2018 virtual team meeting, and here it is! This one is a real wow! You can use Stampin' Blends alcohol-based markers on any color of foil cardstock to change the color or add additional colors. Check it out!
Isn't that FUN?! And it takes just seconds to dry. You can do it before or after you die-cut, too. I love how you can tone down some of the brassy gold with an overlay of color. Silver and gold foil worked best for me–copper and champagne have too much color of their own.
This card has a fun little kind of embellishment, too, sliver-cut cardstock in two colors and lengths. Nice to do something different for a change once in a while, and birthday cards are a great type to experiment.
