Look at the cool thing I did with my old purse!

  I just can't get enough of those super-cute Felt Flowers (and their cousins, the new Felt Flurries snowflakes–more about them in a minute). I have gone nuts putting them on everything!!! Well, I have been getting ready for our free trip to Hawaii in March, buying a new swimsuit, checking out the summer clearance racks, etc, and I wanted to get a new "island-y" purse since my raffia basket purse which I LOVE dearly is on it's last legs. And I wanted something that zipped shut, since I am a paranoid traveller.

But while I was cleaning down in the basement (see, I DO do other things besides stamp, occasionally) I found this old purse from two years ago and I decided to see if I could give it new life…

Voila! Adding layered Felt Flowers in Chocolate Chip, Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie with rhinestone circle brads was exactly what this needed. Now I can shop to my heart's content in Kona–in style!
