If there's anything I love almost better than new stamps, it's new colors!!! And this years, Stampin' Up has released a gorgeous set of five new must-haves to add to our color families for some trendy new spice to add to our color recipes. As I shared in this post, while out shopping I noticed these colors everywhere. I think all of them would make great wall colors, too!
Just for fun I made five cards all identical except for the color. I've put them in order of MY favorites–how would YOU change it up?
Want to make this layout at home? The cardstock piece is 4.5 x 3.25 and the patterned paper strip is 4.75 by .75 inches. Here's what I used

I'd hoped to have parts 3 & 4 of my new In Color Combo chart for you all today, but that didn't happen! we're a little busy here. The house exterior remodel is STILL not done (grrrr.) We're getting ready for a massive family reunion July 1-4, and then trying to pack for the Stampin' Up Greek Isles cruise plus a week in Italy, for which we leave on July 5th! My parents are going to stay with the kids the first week and then Mike's parents have them the second week.
Combined with all the usual June craziness with showers, weddings, graduations, yard work, etc, etc, etc… well you know how it goes. It's just LIFE! And I wouldn't have it any other way. So hang in there and I'll finish the second half of those combos and get them out eventually. And they'll be worth the wait! : )
Very nice, I like them all! But, what stamp set did you use? Thanks!
your cards are beautiful!! hang in there…your trips, no kiddos for the trips….everything will fall into place & in a few months you’ll wondered where the time went & how did you do it all. Rome was not built in a day & what doesn’t get done will be there when you get home, *unless* one of the dads completes the project(s)!
These are all lovely — as usual! I have the same question as Sharon H: What stamp set did you use for the stems behind the gingham?
