This set has generated a lot of buzz where I live! Whether it is green and yellow for John Deere or bright red for International Harvester, this tractor image is going to get a lot of use around here! Ok, did I impress you with my tractor knowlege yet? That is about as far as it goes, sorry to say. Wait, wait, McCormmicks were orange, right, and all Fords used to be blue? I can just see Mike rolling his eyes right now. All I know is they don't come in pink. Or white.
I played it safe and stamped mine in Early Espresso on Very Vanilla, matting it with Baja Breeze for a little pop. You've probably noticed the shine on the patterned paper on the left; it comes from the wonderful, pre-embossed Natural Composition Specialty papers on page 162 of the new catalog. I was excited when I saw it, because I have learned that the word "specialty" means "knock your socks off" when it comes to Stampin' Up. In the past, some of the packs have had glittered stripes, or flocked patterns, and in this pack they are all embossed in clear on the most wonderful Crumb Cake-type cardstock. I am going to enjoy playing with this, for sure!
I love that new Naturals speciality paper…..it’s gorgeous!
I love that specialty paper too! That is the first thing I noticed when I saw this card. Beautiful card Lyssa! Thank you for sharing another beautiful card with us!
This is a very striking card. It is completely different than what I would design with that set. Thanks for all your hard work sharing your ideas!
