Some of my stampy friends are nearing that golden age of retirement! So happy for them to get a break and step off the treadmill of life and have more time for their favorite things. Retirement cards are one of my very favorites to make!
The new set Witty-cisms from the spring mini catalog has two cute retirement sayings and images, so while I had it out I made up a couple of retirement cards to have on hand.
Isn't the chinchilla just too cute?? Funny little furry guy. I though the color combo worked out pretty well on this one, too. It's Coastal Cabana, Crumb Cake and Petal Pink, with Very Vanilla.
I ended up using the palm trees from Timeless Tropical for this card for friends retiring to Florida. Other images that work great for retirement are the new golfing suite, the fishing suite, and the beautiful new Grace's Garden bundle.
I've got more Witty-cisms funny cards coming! The set will be available to order beginning January 3rd, 2020. The taco and the cactus ones are particularly cute and on-trend. My teacher friends will love getting cards with this set, too. Fun!
