I had a LOT of fun Foil Frenzy cardstock scraps left over from cutting the bonus samples for last month's Class of the Month Club participants, so I challenged myself to come up with a card that would help me use them up. This layout proved itself up to the task!
If you haven't tried the Foil Frenzy specialty papers yet, you are in for a treat. There are 12 Kraft sheets in the pack (12×12 inches each) and they have three different designs in four colors of foil. They correspond to Berry Burst (rose red), Pear Pizzazz (light green), Pool Party (pale aqua) and Pumpkin Pie (bright orange).
I used the new Berry Burst crinkled ribbon on my card. The Pool Party and Pear Pizzazz ones look amazing with the new Shimmer Ribbon, especially!

It's super fun to make such a snazzy card with so little work! I don't typically make gift boxes or bags very often, but this paper is sooo inspiring! And it would make the BEST banners, too–Kraft on one side and foil on the other–super pretty no matter which direction it's seen from.
Ok, I promised you a sneak peek sample! Remember how I said the Foil Frenzy cardstock was last month's freebie for my online club members? This is what is going out to my Class of the Month participants THIS month!
SQUEE!!! I know, right?! We are getting gorgeous new music-print Christmas carol papers in the Stampin' Up holiday mini catalog, plus stunning gold and silver metallic snowflake doilies. I've also included Black Shimmer ribbon and the new gold mini-sequin trim. I love to spoil my club members! If you're interested in seeing the details, click here.
Club members and all my regular customer friends already have their copy of the 2017 Holiday Catalog, free. If you don't have a demonstrator, I'd love to be yours! Email me any time to request a catalog, ask questions, or find out how to join the fun. Lyssa@songofmyheartstampers.com
