Ever set out to be a blessing and wind up being blessed yourself? That happens to me all the time! I was making these cards for friends going through some mighty troublesome valleys right now, but this verse from Isaiah 41 just ministered to my heart the whole time I was stamping.
The layouts are nothing fancy–the big verse takes center stage. But I wanted to share these cards in hope that they'd encourage you, whether you need a reminder that Someone cares, or you just need some time in the craft room having a bit of an attitude adjustment : )
Make these at home! Here's what you'll need.

Psst…if you don't have a Stampin' Up demonstrator, please consider me yours.
Bet you can think of multiple friends who could use a card like this! Follow through on that urge and at least write their name down on an envelope, even if you don't have time to make it today. When you see that envelope you'll remember they need a card, next time you make it into the craft room. I use the envelope trick all the time! I keep a stack by my computer for just that reason. Hope that little tip helps you make and send more cards. Have a great day!
All of these are just gorgeous. These colors are so pretty together and work so well with the verse. I am not sure which layout is my favorite. I know I could use a card like this for myself as well as some other people. Thank you for the ideas and tips.
Lyssa, checking in for the first time this week. LOVE these cards! And isn’t that the way the Lord works, to have you making cards for a friend but ministering to you as you do it? 🙂 Thanks for your blog, your inspiration and for the great tips. I like your envelope idea. I usually keep a running list in a small notebook of people I need to send cards to. If the name is checked off, I know that card has been sent. Praying for you!
Lyssa,
I hope that the Lord will strengthen you as you deal with your health issues. The cards are beautiful!!
