I sell my cards at a great little antique/artisan shop here in Wisconsin (Roost Mercantile), and recently I sat down to make a bunch of baby shower cards for them, since that category was totally sold out. I love an excuse to play with sweet images and soft pastels!
It was a joy to play with my favorite baby set, Something for Baby, with the matching framelits. I just can't get enough of that onesie! Something for Baby is retiring on May 31st, 2017, so be sure to snag it before it's too late! It's a classic you should have in your collection.
Suggested Stampin' Up! Color Combination:
Always fun to welcome new little lives into excited and loving families… those years are past for us now, but I sure look forward to getting my "baby fix" when it's my turn in the nursery at church! What life addition or milestone are you looking forward to celebrating this summer? Leave a comment and tell me what you're working on.
I am not into the whole baby thing but occasionally have a call to make a card. Usually I think everything is too cutesy but something about these are just really cute. Maybe it is the colors you used and the panels of DSP. May I ask where the sentiments came from or what set rather? Maybe it is the sentiment too that I like since it is not fru-fru. The little bow tie is just the cutest on the onesy but I still couldn’t psych myself up to buy this set.
Darling cards!
