We had such a fun group meeting on Monday night last week! One of the things my ladies love is swapping. The theme this month was wedding and anniversary cards, and they really did a great job. We enjoyed swapping with our visiting demos as well–some from sidelines of my fifth level upline's group, and some totally "unrelated" friends I found on Splitcoast Stampers. They are welcome anytime!
We looked at Hawaii pictures and projects, heard reports on Hawaii and also the Minneapolis Regional, ate way too much, swapped, and stamped, of course!
I forgot to photograph the projects we made, but I will try to add them later.
We also celebrated some big achievements in our little group! March was Jane's month–not only was she number one in sales for our gang, she also got two recruits, which promoted her to Senior Supervisor! Wanda came in second and Karen was in third place. Way to go, everyone!
We cheered for Cathy's first recruit, Kerry, as well, who will be my first ever third-level downline. I had gifts for each of them and also for all the new gals added to our gang during Sale A Bration–Kerry, Sue, Carolyn, Ruth, Holly, Shonna, Lisa, and Rebecca. We are looking forward to getting to know you better through this very fun and enjoyable hobby/job.
And we have another new member as of this past Saturday–Suzette from Fort Atkinson is joining us, and I plan to have her demo her adorable little albums at a meeting very soon–that girl can make an album out of just about anything!
The Product Challenge for April is to use the large grommets from the Mini Catalog on something and bring it back to show us at the next meeting. If you need a couple of grommets to play around with, let me know. The Business Challenge this month is to hold or attend some sort of scrapbooking event in honor of National Scrapbooking month in May. This is a two-part challenge, so you have until the June meeting to meet it and win the prize!
It was a great meeting and if you missed it, make sure you clear your schedule for the second Monday night of each month at 6:30 p.m. and we'll see you there! Visitors are welcome–email me at zwolaneks@att.net
