Stampin' Up has reduced their print prices and they also now have bulk ordering options! Postcard versions run as little as .75 cents each and regular cards only .83 cents. If you do the math, that's really close to what a traditional stamped card would run you–but MDS orders include envelopes for free, and all the work is done for you!
