Can I just say, Stampin' Up rocks? You might recall that a few days ago I mentioned that the magnet from the cruise was stolen off my stateroom door the night before we disembarked. I was SO disappointed, to say the least. Well, we were headed to dinner that night and Mom and I happened to get in the elevator with Dale Fillmore, SU's president and COO, and his lovely wife. We chatted about how our day's excursions went, and I just mentioned in passing that my magnet was gone.
Bless his heart, Dale remembered, and when he got back in the office the next week, he actually sent me one along with a hand stamped, handwritten card. I was SO touched! And THAT, my friends, is the kind of company I work for. People who remember and go out of their way.
I'd LOVE to introduce YOU to this company. They have totally changed my life and I love every minute of my job. You don't have to go at it great guns like I am, but Stampin' Up can enrich your life in ways you can't imagine, even on a part-time or hobby basis. Let's get together this week and I'll spring for pie and coffee and we'll chat. There's never been a better time to seize the day. What are you waiting for?
That is so cool that he did that Lyssa! What a classy guy. Nice card too! I bet not too many people can boast that they have a Dale Fillmore original!
Dale and Stampin Up! rock!!!! I am so touched by the kindness in everyone I am exposed to from SU, from my fellow demos all the way up to Shelli! Talk about a classy company! Glad the good karma you spread into the world has come back to you!
Wow you were fortunate. I one and only year I earned cruise mine was stolen off our door as well. I called SU afterwards to see if there were extras and unfortunately there wasn’t. Glad yours turned out so good for you.
