I was feeling a little stressed yesterday, so I stepped into my stamp space after supper and played a little bit with my new Seasoned with Kindness set. Funny how your mood improves with every minute you're crafting!
So I made a darling little basket for my pots of herbs to go in, and it was SO easy and cute I had to share. You'll need the new Chicken Wire Elements from page 43 of the 2018 Holiday Catalog (or click here), a silver brad, and silver foil or the new Galvanized Metallic Paper for the rest of it.
You can make the basket smaller or larger based on your needs, of course, but this one holds all three pots and is a good proportion for the card overall. You'll need 2 pieces of 1/4-inch Silver Foil measuring 2 and a half inches long (top and bottom edges of basket), and one that's 2 inches long (basket handle). The chicken wire should be cut to about 2.5 by 1.25 inches. Easy!!!
Ready to recreate this card at home? Here's what you'll need:
Seasoned with Kindness is a 2018-19 hostess exclusive, but you don't have to have a party to get it. Just gather orders from a friend or two (or just have a little party with yourself!) and you can hit the $150 mark without too much trouble : ) You can order Seasoned with Kindness or any of the other hostess exclusives, or regular catalog merchandise is you prefer, with your hostess dollars. http://bit.ly/shopwithLyssa
Thanks for stopping by the stamp room today to see what I've been up to. I hope you always walk away with one or two new ideas tucked in your pocket for your next creative session. Happy stamping!
J’aime beaucoup. Bravo à toi. Bisous
