Totally allergic to cats here, but I love these cute kitty cards! Check out this brand new set from Stampin' Up's Spring 2019 Occasions mini catalog. Nine Lives coordinates with the Cat Punch and it's just impossibly fun to play with. I grabbed a set of blank Whisper White Notecards and set to work making thank yous.

I love how you can add colors to customize kitty's fur. The set comes with tortoiseshell and stripes options as well as the solid image cat.

Next I played with the Happy Tails and Dog Punch, which is another brand new release that includes a bunch of fun accessories that work with both the cat and doggy sets. There again, there were spotted and Dalmatian options, as well as solid color. This time I used Very Vanilla Notecards for my bases.

The Happy Tails set also comes with a variety of pet sympathy sentiments, which can be used on the kitty cards, too. On the "sorry for your loss" card below, I used the grass images from High Tide (a lighthouse set) as it is the perfect size for these punches.

Aren't they just too sweet? This last one's my favorite. I want a dog SOOOOO badly! They give so much love and ask so little in return. Plus it would get me up off my duff and outside instead of sitting all day at my table or computer. Send good vibes for me to convince hubby, ok?!

ADDED 3/2019: since this post was originally published, the sweet organizers of Little Doggies Rule reached out in hope that I would share this link about the top ten benefits of an emotional support dog for persons struggling with anxiety and depression. As someone who suffers from anxiety, I am proud to do so in hope of reaching more people's eyes. Owning a pet can be extremely beneficial for yourself or a loved one who struggles. Please feel free to share!

  1. Lyssa love these cards! I did get the dog bundle and I probably should get the cat as well because I have friends that have cats. I have 2 rescue Husky/Border Collie brothers that I got when they were 2. They came by way of TN and they had been kept chained up outside 24/7, not allowed in the house, no treats, never walked and most important, no love. They made it to a no kill shelter in MA when they were 10 mos old and 14 mos later I adopted them. The owner of the shelter would only adopt them out if they took both. These boys were so needy but once they realized their lives had turned the corner they are the best! They love attention, they love to give kisses, they love to go on walks even though they have a fenced in yard to run in. I could have a lousy day at work but the minute I come home they great me with love and when we walk the stress just melts away! You would love it! Susan
