I love new toys! There is nothing like diving into a box of brand new goodies and trying to decide what to play with first. Last month I got the So Many Stars bundle with the Stitched Stars dies, and just had to make a Christmas card right away.
I love monochrome, as you know, and when you add in metallics it's always an awesome thing. Unfortunately it didn't show up in the photo so well–what appears to be brown ink is actually gold heat embossing. The main body of the die cut is gold, but the stars added back in are silver. Mixed metallics are really trendy right now!

oh my, Lyssa! that is so beautiful!!…I just got that set and now nothing will do unti I “case” it for our family card even though 2 years ago I swore I wasn’t doing any more family Christmas cards that required diecuts! My resolve is weakening but I’m tryingc e to be strong!
