This quick wedding card with Delicate Doilies and the Paper Doily Large sizzlet for the Big Shot was one I made for the Creative Crew challenge gallery over at Splitcoast Stampers. It's my final month of being on the design team, and I enjoyed it every bit as much as I thought I would! This month we focused on the retiring 2010-11 In Colors–Blushing Bride, Poppy Parade, Peach Parfait, Concord Crush and Pear Pizzazz.
Another one of the challenges was to use a Simply Scrappin' Kit or a Quick Accents Kit. I happened to have some Blushing Bride-patterned flowers left from the Blossom Builders kit (Occasions Mini, page 18), so I used those on this card.
The In Colors for 2010-11 go on the accessories retiring list, which comes out April 25th, but don't wait to get your ink refills, ribbons, brads and extra packs of papers, so you can continue to enjoy these colors for years to come. They'll sell out quickly, so no procrastinating!
