I was working on this Christmas card and somehow it morphed into a pastel pink and blue card. I know that literally ANYTHING goes as far as Christmas colors nowadays, but I can't decide if I like it or not! What do you think?
I am bummed the Iridescent Ice embossing powder I mixed in with the Sterling Silver did not show up in the picture, because it really reflects the pink and blue and looks sooo pretty! So what do you think–a hit or a miss?
Beautiful card, Lyssa. The elements are very complimentary to each other. I get your ‘pastel feeling’ and might swap the Bashful Blue header piece and the pink stitched grosgrain for Midnight Muse to see if that lessens the effect.
I agree about using a darker blue. I LOVE the pink as a Christmas color and silver is always classy. A dark blue would really give this a more serene, Christmas-y feel. I love your designs for the stamp a stack – wished I lived nearby!
I love it as is! I could also see it with a darker blue, but it wouldn’t NEED to be. It is gorgeous – will we be doing this one at Christmas Club?
I am very traditional so not sure that I could do this for Christmas but I could see this for a winter card, it’s very pretty.
I too am more of a traditional Christmas colors kind of girl, but this is very retro and feels ’50s, so it is very fun! I love how you’re always thinking and stamping outside the box. 🙂

I like it! People will talk about it because it’s different – in a good way.
I think it’s a hit – what a FAB card for a Christmas baby, too!
