You'll need square punches or a paper trimmer to cut 1.5-inch squares, a 2.5-inch circle punch or circle Framelits for die-cutting, and a wet glue such as Tombow Multi or glue sticks. Let's start!
Here it is on a finished card. Way more interesting than just a flat circle! I can't wait to try this on a child's happy birthday card in bright colors, maybe with a party hat in the center.
