Welcome back to another installment of 31 Pages in 31 Days! I'm actually ahead of the game since some of the days I've been posting double-page spreads, but whatever! This page is just a quick one for my Natalie girl, who is indeed very girly! And terribly fun to take photos of. It is so fun to watch her develop her own sense of fashion. She has decided opinions on color, just like someone else I know…
I used Floral District Designer Series Papers for the base, and drew my color scheme directly from it–Baja Breeze, Rich Razzleberry, Pretty in Pink and Rose Red. Those sure are cute papers! I'd be hard-pressed to pick my favorite of the patterns. I embellished it with Twitterpated buttons in Baja Breeze, Rose Red seam binding ribbon, and a little paper circle flower. The new Notable Alphabet added just the right touch of whimsy.
Ok! We're headed into the downhill stretch now! August is 2/3 done–what's your page count? Have I helped inspire you at all? It's never too late to start scrapbooking–people do it every day. Let me know if you need supplies or help getting started–it's my job, it's what I do!
I used the flipside of the paper you chose today – got one of my daughter’s dance pages done – she was happy about that…..changed the sketch a bit, but that’s what I love about this. You provide the springboard for further creativity. Thanks so much.
Duh…. here’s the link to my page.
