Ok I'll admit it! I'm glad 31 Pages in 31 Days is coming to an end for 2022. I have NEVER been this behind so regularly in the entire ten year history of this annual blog series! This is the year that almost broke Lyssa!
I'm finally all caught up to today, but I do have to apologize that some of this month's daily posts had to be back-dated so they lined up with the correct date (you may not have even noticed, and in the future no one will know nor care).
But it matters to me, so I'm proud of sticking it out until the end because I really do believe that if scrapbooking is important to us, we have got to find a way to do it. Whether it's month-long immersion scrapping like I do, retreats or crops, or just you plugging away whenever you have a free minute, we're making it happen for ourselves and our families.
Today's pages are more of that gorgeous Abigail Rose collection from Stampin' Up, with the flower accents from the stamp set that coordinates with the suite. I love that rose–it doesn't even have to be colored in, it's so pretty by itself.
I wasn't planning on it, but I wound up with a Petal Pink and Smoky Slate color combo with mixed metallic accents. Somehow it works! The photography color was a little off… I tried adjusting it but me and Photoshop aren't friends. So you'll just have to take my word for it that the page coordinates better in real life than online!
I worked in some of the free Sale-A-Bration 2022 Silver Foil 6×6 paper pack, some of this gorgeous striped Rose Gold ribbon, and Copper foil cardstock lettering. Then some Adhesive Gems & Sequins jumped on the page. It just wanted to be blingy and there was nothing I could do!
Ok, I'm off to the studio this afternoon to work on the very last spread for this year's series! I can't thank you enough for playing along.
