Whew! Almost forgot to post today, with all the hullabaloo with the area-wide demonstrator Rubber Rummage today, and a workshop tonight. Thankfully someone complained I didn't have my post up yet for 31 Pages in 31 Days, or I might have missed it entirely!! Can't have that : ) I know you are all waiting with baited breath to see What Lyssa Scraps Next… lol!
Well, what I scrapped next was a cute spread for toddlers and preschoolers, simply titled "play." I used the HUGE new Epic alphabet stamp set and Gorgeous Grunge. I got the self-adhesive polka dots in different sizes from that Springtime Hello kit I have been telling you about, that is on the Clearance Rack right now.
I also added a technique I learned at convention this July, which is to use the fine-tip end of a Stampin' Write marker with the new Dots & Stripes Stencil, so create fun little zig-zag or striped polka dots in any color. Love it! Then I added some buttons and washi tape for texture. Easy page, plenty cute and ready and waiting for adorable pictures of the messy little ones in your life.
That's it from me today–I'm off to play with my friends Theresa and Brenda and their pals. Always a fun time! Contact me any time to book a stamp party at your house. I can even come and teach a private Blendabilities or Big Shot class for you and your friends. You're the hostess–you're in charge! Looking forward to hearing from you.
Are you serious?? THIS IS ADORABLE! I am going to make this one FOR SURE this week! OH MY!
