Welcome back to 31 Pages in 31 Days, my annual scrapbooking immersion blog series! There is a whole lotta inspiration goin' on here during August, and if you run out of cute stuff to look at, be sure to check in the archives for 31 more page/spread ideas for EACH year for the past several years. I LOVE to scrapbook! And August is when I do the majority of it each year.
Today's inspiration spread is a fun Tropical Escape layout from my annual Scrapbooking Summer School classes. Everyone will be so excited to see this in their Week Two packets! The only problem is, it will be hard to cover up such pretty patterns and that lovely new Soft Seafoam background.
The Detailed Dragonfly thinlets are pulling all the embellishment weight for this page. Gorgeous in Gold Foil, their buggy Glitter Enamel Dots eyes match the Granny Apply Green perfectly.
Here's the supply list my scrapbookers will be using to complete their class pages:

I love using the wood buttons, burlap trim and natural Linen Thread to accent a tropical page. It's a match made in heaven on this page. Maybe I'll have to save this layout for our Maui pictures, if I earn the trip next year!! Wouldn't that be something?!
Thanks for popping in today to see what I'm up to! See you back here again for Day Fourteen. We're almost to the halfway mark!
This paper is one of my favorites from the new catalog!
