Wow, hard to believe we're ten days into August already! My handsome history professor and kids are not thrilled about that… Mike has to be back next Monday and the kids start the middle of the week after that. We've had a really weird summer and I'm not sorry about returning to a schedule, though! I suspect I'm not alone in being ready for a little more structure in my day.

Wherever you are in the mix, enjoy Day Ten of 31 Pages in 31 Days! I chose the Coffee Cup Framelits and Coffee Break patterned paper pack to build this double-page spread for Scrapbooking Summer School. It's a reminder to take some photos of the everyday events, too… trips to the coffee shop, stuff you see on your walk, feeding the ducks. It's kind of fun documenting what you're into in the moment–a favorite kind of tea or how you like your coffee.

Love those patterns! I especially like how they can be coffee-tea-related OR just masculine designs, depending on which side you choose. These are well-designed packs this year.

If you need scrapbooking supplies, I'd love it if you'd shop with me! Here's the supply list for this page. Click any link to go to my Stampin' Up store and browse. Product List

The color-coordination that Stampin' Up is famous for works so well on this page, with the papers exactly matching the cards I used from the Perfect Days Memories & More pack. I love it when stuff matches! It just looks so much more professional and intentional.

So are you going to make a page about ordinary things, like a visit to the corner coffee shop? Go for it! It's all part of what makes up a life well lived. This past year has made me appreciate the simple pleasure of just being out and about in the neighborhood. What fun to look back in years to come and remember how good it was to walk in, bit hit by those wonderful smells, and be welcomed by name.

See you tomorrow for Day 11! Are you telling your friends about Song of My Heart? I hope you will! Scrapbooking is always more fun together.
