I've been busy making Lovely As A Tree thank you cards for my online club members for October. I always use the featured set so they get yet another fun idea for the stamps! This month the samples I am sending them are SO HEAVY that I needed to make a one-layer card in order to keep the postage down. They are going to LOVE opening these!
My take on this stamp set (a classic Stampin' Up set dating to well before I became a demonstrator, more than a decade ago!) was "Lovely As A Tree like you've never seen it before." I had so much fun coming up with the projects for Class of the Month, rediscovering my delight in this beautiful artwork. If you're new to stamping, you absolutely can't go wrong with this one. You'll never be at a lack for appropriate images for guy cards, sympathy cards, birthday cards –and even Christmas cards!
Ordering for Class of the Month club runs from the first to the 25th of every month, so there's plenty of time to play if you want join us! No need to sign up or register! I love the sentiment on this card! It is so true, everyday IS and adventure, and sometimes we need to be reminded of that. We can easily get into a rut, and forget to look for the positive things around us and in our lives. Everyday is an adventure because no matter what, no two days are ever the same, and you never know what exciting things may happen that day unless we are open to it!
Love the trees and how you have added the coloured dots etc!
Hope today is a great “adventure” for you!
Thanks:-)
