Suspended Snowflake card

IMG_2870

We made this suspended snowflake card at club this week, inspired by one shared by my dear Advisory Board friend LeAnn. It looks complicated, but it's SO easy! The Festive Flurry stamp set and coordinating Framelits make it really simple. LeAnn's original card was white and navy, but I changed it to be–you guessed it–my favorite, turquoise–using Bermuda Bay and Pool Party along with the Whisper White.

Suspension cards differ from "spinner" cards in that the punched-out focal point piece is hanging freely in the opening, rather than secured top and bottom. Either technique would work great with these snowflakes.

If you'd like to recreate this Snowflake Suspension card, here's the supply list. You can click on the links of any of the items you don't already have, and go straight to my online store to view prices and details. I'm also more than happy to help you choose different colors and ribbon styles, if you want to personalize it in your own favorite colors!
