House is still in disarray. One thing led to another and the kitchen is now freshly painted as well as the stamp room. Feels good to have marked off two big projects last week, but now I need to put everything back together and clean up. I have been collecting reproduction tin signs with cute sayings and kitschy products, so against all reason I painted the kitchen a dark cream color for a nice neutral background. I LOVE color, so it was really hard for me to keep going after that first roller full. But at the end of the day, if I don't like it in another month or so… well, let's just say that room is on the fifth color since we moved in eleven years ago next month. I have a brush and I'm not afraid to use it!
So, more samples from demo friends today. None of these are mine. I have not even had time to break out this cute stamp set and embossing folder we got in the new catalog preorder period. But I loved the cards these talented gals made, and I can't wait to play with mine, too.
These were all made with NEW products and NEW colors, that you will be able to order beginning May 31st. Actually, we're coming up on the "perfect storm" of Stampin' Up catalogs–this year, for the first time ever, the catalogs will ALL overlap on a single day. On May 31st you will be able to order from the Spring Occasions catalog, the outgoing 2012-13 Idea Book & Catalog, and the brand new 2013-14 Idea Book & Catalog all on the same day. If your order qualifies for hostess benefits, you can choose hostess sets from any of those books and use your hostess free bucks towards anything you want as well. It is going to be an AWESOME, BUSY DAY!!
After Midnight on the 31st, the Spring catalog will be over (boo hoo!) but the retiring list items will be available through June third. After Midnight on June third, you will ONLY be able to order from the new catalog, period. So make sure yours is in hand! Email me if you don't have one yet: zwolaneks@att.net And let me urge you to take one more last glance through the outgoing Idea Book to make SURE you are not missing out on any retiring goodies. You can shop here 24/7: www.lyssa.stampinup.net and please–feel FREE to ask me any questions. I am VERY happy to assist with any papercrafting questions!
