It's mail week at my children's school. There's a massive decorated mailbox in the foyer that parents, kids and teachers can use to send each other fun things all week long. I appreciate that our school spreads out the Valentine fun for a week because 1. it lightens the sugar overload; and 2. it helps those of us who (ahem) don't meet the V-Day deadline precisely still come out ok in the end.
For your inspiration today, for those of you who maybe are slightly behind like I am, I have several cute candy items that were shared at our area demonstrator meeting on Monday night. I shared mine previously in this post. The contest-winner was the elegant one above made with the Two Tags die for the Big Shot by Lynn Z. Carol G made the adorable mason jar ones below, with the Perfectly Preserved stamp set and coordinating Orchard Harvest Framelits for the Big Shot.
It was super hard to vote this month! I also loved these creative Goldfish ones using the Oh Whale stamp set and Clearlit die, by Katrina H.
Those long skinny 1×8 inch cello bags are da BOMB! Look what else fits in there–chapsticks! Thanks to Cristy B for that adorable idea. Love how she used the exclusive new image from the February Best of Love anniversary collection stamp set!
I put pencils in my little bags for my class–mechanical “homework” pencils!
