I've been working on 3-D swaps for the Stampin' Up regional conference this coming Saturday and my stamp room is a total disaster. You can barely walk in there. I have GOT to spend some quality time in there before a bunch of demos come over tonight to work on their own swaps and projects for the Workshop of a Lifetime team meeting!
I just adore cutting out flowers with my Big Shot–four to six layers of felt at a time–wow! These are mostly made with the new Blossom Party die and the smallest of the Flower Folds die blooms. I attached hair clips to the backs and clipped them to some tulle, and made a pretty presentation card to back them as an idea for selling them at craft shows or gift-giving. I hope everyone likes them!
These daisies with the pink centers are my favorites. But once I had the hot glue gun dug out of hiding, I was looking for other things to glue, and made more barrettes with the Sweet Pea felts from the Occasions Mini Catalog (page 32).
Aren't they cute? And they were SO easy! This would be an excellent project for any girls' group or club and could even be done as a fundraiser.
These are really cute! I like the presentation also. They will make cute “party favors” for Sofia’s birthday.
