Confession time! I didn’t make any of these cards! I love being a “girl boss,” but sometimes the little stampy empire I built runs away with me! I A dear friend was doing a card-a-day challenge from the new catalog and I asked her to make me a set as well, since I was just plain swamped. She did SUCH a great job.
I love that this sentiment came to me through Kristine all the way from Arizona, because every thought of her does make me smile! We met at the 2013 Stampin’ Up convention in Salt Lake City and since then have roomed together at many events and even vacationed together on the incentive trip! No matter how long it’s been between visits, we pick up right where we left off. I hope you have a good friend or two like that in your life.
I chose these five cards to share with you first because they all use a gorgeous set I think I’m just gonna have to break down and buy. It’s called Textured Floral and it has that cool Distinktive style where it appears to be watercolor even though it’s just stamping.
With a big variety of flower heads, leaves and center pieces, it would be awesome by itself, but it also comes with some great sentiments I would really use a lot.
Look at how simple that is! The Textured Floral bundle does come with matching dies, so if you want to really step it up you can. But I’m in love with it for simple, colorful cards on nice bright thick white cardstock. Ok, Ok, Kristine, twist my arm!! I’ll get it!!
