I reeeally should be packing for Hawaii right now, but I can't keep out of the stamp room because I have new colors and new stamp sets calling my name! Build A Birthday looks like a birthday cake set at first glance, but there's at least two other ways to use it, too. I turned the cake layers on end for these cards, making birthday candles. I have been wanting a "flame" stamp, and this one is the perfect size! I paired stamps from the set with Cherry on Top washi tape, another upcoming new product from the 2015-16 Idea Book & Catalog.
And then, as if we needed ANOTHER reason to fall in love with this versatile set, you can also make a stack of birthday presents with it. Too cute! I think these would look great in any color, don't you? Stamp the card to match the party theme!
