I had so much fun the other night, trying a new technique on the Petal Palette black and white coloring papers. I had only used the Stampin' Blends alcohol markers on them to add color before, which was gorgeous BUT this time I needed to make a bunch of cards in a short amount of time. So I reached for my sponge daubers to see if I could add some soft color without having to stay precisely in the lines. It looked great!
Spot a new product? Yeppers, that adorable polka-dotted net ribbon is a new trim from the upcoming Idea Book & Catalog!!! It looks SO cute by itself, or layered over a solid color. I'm super excited for you guys to see the whole new embellishment section of the new catalog. We are going to have SO much fun this year!
The Petal Palette papers look amazing left just black and white, too, of course… such a timeless, elegant feel. I'm going to order an extra pack to keep on hand for quick cards, but if you want some, too, you'll need to hurry!
