Valentine Mailbox card

I love mail and everything to do with sending paper hugs, so getting the Sending Love stamp set was a NO BRAINER for me! (Stampin’ Up spring 2024 mini catalog, page 11) It’s a real cutie, with fun options for the mailbox and lots of great sentiment stamps.

There is a set of coordinating dies for this stamp set, but it’s not really a necessity unless you think you’ll be making tons of these like at Christmas or something. So there’s a budgeting tip for you! You can get by without it just fine.

You will want, however, to make sure you have a clear block sized E or larger for the mailbox image, and the i block size is the best option for the long airmail stripe. So treat yourself to those blocks if you don’t already own them!

I made this cute card and envelope live on Facebook and you can watch it for extra tips and me babbling on a bit, if you like learning through video!

Can’t wait to have more time to play with this adorable happy mail set! Everyone LOVES getting something besides ads and bills in the mailbox. Do your part to make someone’s day today!

Products used: Real Red, Coastal Cabana, Basic White cardstock; Poppy Parade, Pool Party, Crumb Cake, Smoky Slate and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends markers; 2 and 2.25 inch circle punches.
