Use ink and sponges to transform projects for fall!

I did a quick Facebook Live on this wreath technique this week–view it here! It's amazing how a little ink can transform your laser-cuts and die-cuts into even more versatile pieces for your projects.

The pieces I used were from the Forever Gold specialty paper pack; they were gold on one side and plain white on the other. I used sponge daubers and Cajun Craze, Bumble Bee and Early Espresso ink pads to add fall colors to the white side and match my card. Fun!

The second project shared used a leaf die-cut as a stencil to make a really cool background. The leaf is undamaged after sponging; you can use either side of it still. I chose to adhere it with the Early Espresso-sponged side up. Easy and very cool!

If you haven't followed Song of My Heart on Facebook, now's the time! Since I can't stamp in person with most of you, I've been doing a lot of fun little Lives to share the cool tips and layouts I'm discovering as a Stampin' Up demonstrator.

If you see me pop up live while you're surfing, click on over and say hi!
