Sweet Baby Bear cards

Yesterday I had the occasion to make a bunch of baby cards. We're having a mini baby boom in my team right now! Lots of little stampers being born. So fun!! Can you IMAGINE the adorable baby cards you receive when your friends are all Stampin' Up demonstrators?? Overload on cuteness!

Ever since I heard that Baby Bear was the #1 selling stamp set in last year's catalog, I've been itching to play with it again. Teddy Bears aren't usually my style, but I can see why the set became so popular–it's SO easy and SO fun to stamp the clear photopolymer layers and get these gorgeously detailed teddies.

I paired my bears with Powder Pink, Soft Sky, Crumb Cake and Chocolate Chip. I love how the new Quilt Top embossing folder adds a touch reminiscent of a blankie. Here's a complete supply list so you can get the same look at home!

I LOVE the idea of decorating a gift bag with the bear, too. OOOH I bet it would make a fantastic banner, too. I think I've just discovered the theme for the next baby shower I throw for church!
